Tokopaedi Sales Dashboard — Looker Studio

Developed an interactive 2-page sales performance dashboard for the 2022 Tokopaedi dataset using Looker Studio. By transforming raw transactional data into visual insights, the study monitored monthly revenue trends, evaluated campaign effectiveness, and identified critical efficiency gaps to optimize profit margins and customer retention. Executed comprehensive data preparation in Excel (null/duplicate cleaning) and engineered calculated fields in Looker Studio including Net Profit and AOV to enable deep-dive analysis through interactive slicers. Visualized Rp 5.1B in gross sales and Rp 1.1B in net profit, representing 8,276 units sold across 3,168 unique customers throughout the 2022 fiscal year. Identified Aug–Sep as the peak performance period driven by a surge in AOV and highlighted a 70%+ reliance on cash payments, resulting in strategic recommendations to accelerate digital payment adoption and Q4 retention.
